Who is this course for?

Functional analysis of behavior is one of the unique and most powerful tools of psychology, allowing us to describe, explain and modify the necessary behaviour according to the principles of learning. This course is intended to make an introduction to the philosophy that is needed to properly use the tool, introduce the learning processes and the practical application of the tool in clinical cases. With all this, we will teach how to properly handle this fundamental tool of clinical psychology.

Tommy Gyran Norheim works as a Psychologist at Sinews and is an associate professor at the European University of Madrid, where he teaches subjects in the degree of Psychology bothin English and Spanish. In addition, he's a member of the AcoVeo Team, a research group that studies the therapeutic process moment by moment in session, functionally analyzing therapeutic verbalizations, and they have just published their book about this tool where he is a co-author.
