Eva Katharina Herber, After finishing her studies in International Business Management at two major Business Schools in Germany and Spain, Eva started her professional career as a marketing executive in an American multinational company based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Her life would take a radical turn shortly after: following her desire to change her professional future and work as a clinical psychologist, Eva moved to Spain to obtain a university degree in Psychology while working as the head of international business development for a Spanish consultancy firm, managing the market entry in several European countries, Latin America and South Africa.

She gained her first experiences as a therapist collaborating with an NGO providing psychological support to terminally ill patients and working for the European Institute for Positive Psychology, where she compliments her therapeutic approach based on cognitive-behavioral techniques with the methods of Positive Psychology that are aimed at increasing well-being by means of building personal resources and strengths.
Due to her own personal and professional experience, Eva as a therapist is specially trained to facilitate the adaptation to profound life changes and transitions (unemployment, disease, grief, divorce, expatriation, becoming parents, and retirement).

After her first contact with the world of coaching as an executive, Eva decided to get trained as a Coach herself in order to complement her clinical approach, choosing one of the best coaching schools worldwide. As a Coach she has worked with woman facing work-life balance issues, entrepreneurs starting a company and people in cultural transition.

As a trilingual globetrotter and part of a bicultural marriage, Eva Katharina Herber knows firsthand what it means to work and live in a foreign country and build a personal identity in a new cultural environment, as well as the challenges of balancing personal and professional life in a multicultural, changing environment.
