Sarah Somian is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CNP) and Wellness Coach, who graduated with honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto, Canada.

Her passion for health and delicious foods started at a young age in Belgium, her country of origin. However, it was not until she experienced first-hand the powerful healing properties of whole and nourishing foods while she was in University that she began her journey into Holistic Health and Nutrition...

After getting her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sarah spent a few months working and doing some serious self-introspection. It was in that period of time that holistic nutrition emerged as her life’s passion. She was so convinced by this natural healing science that after spending weeks studying it on her own, she decided to pursue it as her career and went back to school for it.

Her degree in Applied Holistic Nutrition taught her that indeed nutrition can be a powerful and precise healing modality, but it also allowed her to understand and study other natural methods of healing (such as Ayurveda and Herbal Medicine).

Over the years that followed her graduation from Nutrition School, Sarah had the opportunity to live in several different countries across the world, which gave her an even more diverse understanding of health and how different people approach it.

Today, Sarah uses all these experiences and her accumulated professional expertise to address her client’s health problems.

Her approach to Health and healing is a natural and individualized one as she firmly believes in bio-individuality and the fact that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to nutrition or vibrant health.
Moreover, Sarah’s mantra is the Latin saying: Mens Sana in Corpore Sano- “A Sound Mind in a Healthy Body”. Indeed, vibrant health can be achieved by anyone once body, mind and spirit are equally tended for.
