These Mindfulness sessions will give you all the tools that you need to bring Mindful self-awareness into the stresses and strains of everyday living. It’s a simple step-by-step way to help you learn to stop your mind, to de-stress to find some inner space and to get the most from your everyday life. At the same time we will train how to stop being so hard on yourself, how to handle difficult emotions with greater ease and how to transform difficult relationships, both old and new with self-compassion.

La mente funciona sin parar y es muy normal distraerse con el pasado y el futuro. Enfadarse o juzgar nuestra manera de pensar sólo empeora nuestro estado de ánimo y magnifica nuestras distracciones.
