We offer a safe and confidential place to connect with, support and learn from other students under the guide of a senior psychologist.

How does it work?

Our guided support group is a format that brings students together from different nationalities and cultures who are dealing with similar or common issues that you may face during your time at university: stress with academic requirements, time management, living environment challenges (such as dealing with difficult roommates!), navigating friendships and romantic relationships, feelings of homesickness, dealing with social pressure…among others.

  • A place to feel accepted and understood
  • A place to receive
  • A place to give to others who are going through similar experiences

It is an inclusive and open group that you can join at any time. You don’t have to travel the path of your university years alone. Resting in the fact that others are also navigating similar concerns can help you to feel more supported and empowered. If you find it difficult to connect with others, this space can also help you to learn to open up, to allow yourself to be known and feel freer to express yourself and ask for help. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to have a place to belong and grow!
